Mr. Welch is an Associate at Victory Park Securities. Previously, he worked as a credit underwriter in the cash flow lending group for CapitalSource, Inc. Prior to joining CapitalSource, Mr. Welch worked in the investment banking division at Merrill Lynch within the Global Multi-Industries Group. Mr. Welch received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois where he graduated with honors.
