Mr. Affolter is a Managing Director of Victory Park Securities, LLC. With nearly 15 years of experience in middle market commercial finance, Mr. Affolter has developed a proven track record in loan workouts and turnaround management, valuation, portfolio management, structuring, underwriting, capital markets and business development for financial products ranging from $5 to $250 million. Mr. Affolter has built an extensive and proven middle market network of Private Equity, Investment Banking and Lending relationships with experience across a diverse set of industry segments. Mr. Affolter earned a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
Prior to VPS, Mr. Affolter was a Director at CapitalSource and also served in principal investing roles at GE Antares Capital Corp. and Heller Financial. He began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP.
