Matthew Cusick

Mr. Cusick is a co-founder and Managing Director at VPS’ Boston office.
As the head of the Boston office Mr. Cusick brings over 12 years of experience working with growth companies on strategic initiatives including M&A, corporate development and raising equity or debt capital. Mr. Cusick has advised a wide range of public and private companies, and has led transactions both domestically and internationally across sectors including, software, tech-enabled services, consumer and financial technology. He was formerly on the founding team of Revolution Partners, the Technology Investment Banking Division of Morgan Keegan (now part of Raymond James). Prior to joining Revolution Partners, Mr. Cusick worked as an investment banking analyst at Robertson Stephens in the software & services group. Mr. Cusick graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance.
