Mr. Schwartz is a Managing Director at VPS based in San Francisco.
Previously, he had nearly eight years of investment banking experience with a primary focus on providing growth capital to small-cap and middle market companies. As co-head of private placements at The Shemano Group, Inc. he was responsible for the origination, execution and funding of transactions. He received a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Global and International Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
