Victory Park Securities, LLC Acquires Bowline Group, LLC
Victory Park Securities, LLC ("VPS") has announced the acquisition of Bowline Group, LLC, a Chicago-based middle market advisory firm. Founded in 2009, VPS was established by the principals of Chicago-based hedge fund Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC to serve as a business development and advisory platform focusing on debt restructuring, capital raising and M&A engagements for middle to lower middle market private and small cap public companies. Bowline Group, LLC founders Brian Moncrief and Thomas Affolter will lead VPS as managing directors. In conjunction with the acquisition of Bowline Group, LLC, VPS has also retained Daniel Schwartz to round out the team of managing directors.
